The flagship project of Marfields Enterprises where we were acting as managing partner and major shareholder. The project achieved a turnover over € 230 ml. and attracted customers from over 20 countries.

The complex consists of two soaring towers located on the seaside of Limassol. It combines luxury residential two and three bedroom apartments, whole floor penthouses and mega penthouse (over 1.000 sq. meters) with a commercial area consisting of exclusive boutiques, a delectable Italian restaurant and a beauty salon. 

The outdoor leisure facilities include swimming pool, tennis court, playground and bar. While in the mezzanine floor you will find a fully equipped state-of-the-art fitness club, spectacular spa offering treatment and relaxation rooms, sauna and hammam.
